Washable tiles for suspended ceilings

These washable tiles are made from woven fibreglass, encased in polyester resin. Available in a fire-resistant version (M1 classification, with no release of CFCs), these tiles comply with DSV, AFSCA, HACCP and ISO standards. You can also order additional IP40 and IP165 tiles which measure 600 x 600 mm and feature LED lighting.

Easy to install

Hygi Panel®’s tiles for suspended ceilings are particularly easy to use:

they can be installed on a classic metal framework without mechanical fixings;
when pre-cut, they fit easily into standard 600 x 600 mm and 600 x 1,200 mm frames;
they can be cut on site using an angle grinder or hole saw.

Machine washable

Hygi Panel®’s tiles for suspended ceilings can be cleaned using an industrial cleaning machine twice a year at a maximum temperature of 50°C.

Our guarantee

We guarantee that a Hygi Panel® tile installed on the correctly sized framework will show no more than 1 mm of visible sagging at the centre for 5 consecutive years.
