In a laboratory, cleaning with carbon peroxide causes the paint and/or PVC covering of walls and ceilings to corrode. Used to renovate the ceiling of this laboratory, Hygi Panel®’s panels have the benefit of being extremely resistant to chemicals, acids, moisture and temperature variations, thereby facilitating meticulous cleaning protocols.
The low porosity of Hygi Panel®’s panels (10 times lower than PVC) makes them longer-lasting and more waterproof than other wall cladding. What’s more, their perfectly smooth surface is coated with an anti-biofilm which prevents dirt and germs from sticking it, making it quicker to clean and saving on cleaning products and water.
Hygi Panel®’s wall cladding is highly impact-resistant and can withstand knocks caused by trolleys, for instance. To further strengthen this resistance, this laboratory has chosen one of the accessories from our Hygi Panel® comprehensive concept range: the screw-on wall guard rail. Made from high-density polyethylene, it is 100% smooth, waterproof and available in white or blue.
